Kelly Clarkson Brings Winter Glamour in White Furry Coat to Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony 2023

To brace the cold while performing at the 2023 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Wednesday in New York, Kelly Clarkson went winter-ready in a fuzzy white coat.
Clarkson’s full-length number, which she accessorized with sparkling hoop earrings and sleek black gloves, featured a fuzzy-trim. For hair, the songstress pinned her blonde tresses into a bun and debuted frayed bangs that framed her face.

Clarkson was tapped to host and kick-off the ceremony with a performance of “Underneath the Tree.” The heartfelt single is from her first Christmas-themed album “Wrapped in Red,” which was released in 2013.
Clarkson last wore a layered look at SiriusXM’s Next Generation: Industry & Press Preview in November, opting for a red long-sleeve A.L.C. jumpsuit.
Clarkson also released new music in 2023, debuting her album “Chemistry” in June. The project was released following the star’s divorce from Brandon Blackstock in 2020, whom she shares two children with.
Along with her music career, Clarkson is the host of “The Kelly Clarkson Show.” The talk show, which is currently in its fifth season, has featured Marc Harmon, Kevin Bacon, Jennifer Garner and more as guests.
The Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is an annual celebration recognizing the start of the holiday season, centering around the lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree in New York. This year’s ceremony featured appearances by Barry Manilow, Cher, Keke Palmer and The Rockettes.
