The singer gave a stunning rendition of the 2014 song.

Kelly Clarkson's latest track choice for "Kellyoke" is a magical one.

On each episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the host closes her show by covering songs by some of her favorite artists, giving her a chance to show her full vocal range and eclectic taste.

During the latest episode, Clarkson opted for a rendition of Coldplay's "Magic," from the band's 2014 album Ghost Stories. She added intensity with her impassioned vocals, matching the tone of the emotional lyrics about still believing in love after a challenging relationship.

The cover comes a year after Coldplay frontman Chris Martin performed a duet of "Since U Been Gone" with Clarkson.

This isn't the only emotionally-charged song Clarkson's opted for recently. She also covered Gayle's "abcdefu," changing the lyrics to seemingly reference her divorce: "Forget you and your dad/and the fact that you got half/and my broken heart/turn that s—t into art."

Clarkson is also releasing her own original music soon. At the end of March, the singer announced her next album, Chemistry. It's set to arrive on June 23 via Atlantic Records.

In a video shared on Instagram, she revealed that the LP had been in the works for nearly 3 years and will delve into the complex emotions—both positive and negative—surrounding her divorce from Brandon Blackstock.

Clarkson shared the brutally honest lyrics for upcoming singles "Me" and "Mine" on Instagram, which shine light on what went wrong in her relationship with Blackstock, along with mentions of his insecurities and his alleged mistreatment towards her.
