Kellogg’s Cosmic Brownie Cereal Is Finally In Stores
Update, June 2, 2021: Sound the alarm, folks, because the moment you've been waiting on is finally here. If you happened to be one of the people who lost all of your sanity when we reported on the Cosmic Brownies Cereal from Kellogg's earlier this year, I am more than excited to be the one to tell you that they are now available in stores. Yes, you read that right. Cosmic Brownies Cereal is now ready to be consumed by you!
All you need to know is that each box will be filled with nothing but "crispy, indulgent brownie squares" topped with cosmic rainbow pieces. And that, my friends, is good enough for me.
Boxes of Cosmic Brownies Cereal can be found at nationwide retailers (and online!) in both 8.2-ounce and 13.2-ounce boxes for a suggested retail price of $3.99 and $5.69, respectively. Now that this news is safely out, I'd like to note that if being able to eat snacks for breakfast is the level of adulthood that I rushed to get to, I'll be more than happy to stay here a little longer.
Original post, February 4, 2021: Ever wish you could bottle the feeling of opening up a Cosmic Brownie from your lunchbox as a kid? Well, sorry, we can't exactly do that, BUT now the very next best thing is going to be available. Kellogg’s announced today that it is releasing a Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies Cereal that will be like eating a big bowl of your fave childhood treat.
The cereal will be made with "crispy, indulgent brownie squares," according to the brand, and of course, those little chocolate pieces will be dotted with cosmic rainbow pieces, much like the classic snack cake. The result is a big bowl of fudgy goodness that is more than okay to eat bowl after bowl of. We promise you won't face any judgement from us!!!
This is just the latest iconic Little Debbie snack to get the cereal treatment, as we recently also got an Oatmeal Cream Pie–inspired cereal. We've already given that a try, and honestly if this brownie cereal is even half as good, we're in for a serious treat! And I think we all know that it will be...it's Cosmic Brownies for goodness sake!!
