Keith Urban Shares Romantic Footage From 2006 Wedding to Nicole Kidman During Show

Kidman gave her husband permission to share their special day with fans.

While many people know power couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, the two are quite private. And despite their wedding taking place back in 2006, they still haven't shared much from their special day.

But luckily for some fans of Urban, who attended his Las Vegas residency recently, they got to see a rare look at the couple's 2006 nuptials during the singer's performance of "Without You."

The footage shows name cards with "Keith" and "Nicole" written on them, rows of candles, and more. At one point, a clip features Urban and Kidman staring lovingly at one another and sharing a kiss.

Urban spoke with People about how the moment came to be, saying, "I wanted to do it in a very organic way and find the right song. It was really more about choosing to do that song, 'Without You,' and how that felt like the right time for that."

He added that Kidman agreed to air "just a little bit" of their wedding footage for the performance.

The country singer further commented on the song choice, saying, "I don't know if that's [Kidman's] favorite song, but it was the right one for the footage."

The song "Without You" is from Urban's 2010 album Get Closer.

Urban and Kidman first started dating in 2005 and got married the next year, and in 2022, they celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary.

Kidman commemorated the occasion by sharing a rare photo from their wedding, posting it to Instagram with the message, "Sweet XVI ❤️ Remember this like it was yesterday. Forever 🕯❤️."

Urban's Las Vegas residency has two more shows to go in March, but the singer will be back for eight more shows in June and July. After that, Urban is touring around North America with performances at various festivals.
