Keeping up with Khloe Kardashian is no joke. With multiple TV shows, infinite appearances, a fashion line, DASH retail stores, and now a new hair care line within the Kardashian Beauty brand, few things are consistent in her nonstop life. However, when it comes to beauty, the Kardashian sister knows that consistency (and a lot of water) is key.

With her sisters Kim and Kourtney, Khloe launched Kardashian Beauty, which includes products like dry shampoo ($13.99), hairspray ($14.99), and volume foam ($15.99), in addition to tools such as a ceramic hairstyling iron ($89.99) and blowdryer ($89.99). The line which is sold through Ulta.com and CVS stores has a price point of under $90 for the styling tools, and under $16 for the products.

Since debuting on E! in 2007, the entire Kardashian clan has been in the limelight—watched by millions—on and off camera. With that kind of attention, Khloe has learned what works when it comes to beauty. The youngest Kardashian shares her essentials below:

Hilary Sheinbaum: What items are always in your makeup bag?

Khloe Kardashian: Kardashian Beauty Black Seed Dry Oil ($15.99), Lancôme Hypnose Mascara ($27.50), Aquaphor ($4.79), Jo Blasco concealer ($31.60), Estée Lauder Take It Away makeup wipes ($20) and Tom Ford lipstick in Sable Smoke ($50).

HS: What’s your favorite?

KK: Having the Kardashian Beauty Black Seed Dry Oil ($15.99) in my make-up bag each day, keeps my hair looking and feeling good through working out, traveling, meetings and going out. I multi-purpose the oil and use in on my face for rebalancing and hydrating.

HS: What items can you absolutely not leave home without applying, and why?

KK: Kardashian Beauty bronzer ($14.99) is one of my essentials. A healthy glow helps me not only look my best but feel my best, especially during these colder months! I also am a mascara junkie. Long lashes are so sexy and feminine, so I love to start with a curler and then apply mascara. With dramatic lashes, you don’t need much else, just bronzer and a red lip.  I always apply a coat of mascara even when I am going to the gym. I naturally have light eyelashes, so that one coat makes me feel better.

HS: How do you describe your beauty style why?

KK: My style is always changing, because I love experimenting with different looks. I have fun with it and am not afraid to try something new. Sometimes the most fun part of my day is playing with beauty products with my team.

HS: How about hairstyle – what is your go-to look?  Why do you love it?

KK: A ponytail is my go to for working out. But with the right styling, I love to rock a ponytail for more formal events. It’s polished but also fresh.

HS: Do you have any New York Fashion Week beauty rituals?

KK: Beauty is like fitness, the key is making sure to stay consistent! That involves some effort. To look my best, I have to feel my best, so my fitness routine especially for New York Fashion Week will include cardio, and drinking extra water to improve the look of my skin. In terms of beauty rituals, I’d say that part of my styling process is getting inspired by current looks – both on and off the runway – and sharing pictures with my styling team.

HS: What has been your favorite look from a past season?

KK: I loved the resurgence of the dark, almost Gothic lip. It’s sexy and bold.
