Simple ingredients for a scrumptious salad

I like to use Romaine lettuce for this salad because it has a nice crunch and fits the dressing well. But you can also use iceberg lettuce or leaf lettuce if you prefer.

Fried Chicken Tenders: You can make your own fried chicken tenders or use store-bought frozen ones. I like to use the store-bought ones because they are convenient and tasty.

Tomatoes: I love using grape tomatoes for this salad because they are sweet and juicy and look pretty when sliced in half. But you can use any kind of tomatoes you like, such as cherry tomatoes or diced tomatoes.

Hard-Cooked Egg: The hard-cooked egg adds protein and richness to the salad. A tip for making perfect hard-boiled eggs is to steam them instead of boiling them.

Cheese: I usually use shredded Cheddar cheese for this salad because it adds color and flavor. But you can also use Mozzarella cheese, Colby Jack cheese, or Monterey Jack cheese if you want.

Dressing: Honey Mustard is my favorite dressing for this salad because it complements the chicken and cheese. But you can also use any dressing you like, such as Ranch, Caesar, or Thousand Island.
