American Idol is down to its top 24, and Katy Perry is celebrating with some jaw-dropping Instagram pics.

“🧡ORANGE🧡 you glad it’s now YOUR turn to vote? #americanidol is on tonight and it’s the first half of the top 24 from @disneyaulani hawaii 🌺🤙🏼,” she captioned a series of shots. In the photos, the 37-year-old is working a silky orange crop top that showcases her washboard abs and a matching skirt with a high slit that puts her toned legs on full display.

People were all over it in the comments. “I STOPPED BREATHING WTISIWDJ,” one wrote. “KATHERYN OH MY,” another said.

Katy mixes up her workouts with a slew of different things, including hot yoga, which she swears is good for her body and mind. “I have had a dance with depression, and hot yoga helps clear it all out,” she previously told Prevention. “If you have a healthy body, it helps you have a healthy mind,” she said.

The Smile artist also does plyometrics, which focus on exerting force from muscles in short intervals—think: jumping and skater movements. “🏺sculpting🏺cc: @elliegoulding” she previously captioned an Instagram video.

Katy shared with TheWall Street Journal that she’ll hit the gym up to three days a week and focuses on strength training and weights. She’s also into hiking, pointing out that it’s a whole-family activity with her husband Orlando Bloom and daughter Daisy. “Orlando has one of those hiking backpacks that we can pop Daisy into; she loves it,” she said.

While she prefers to exercise outdoors, celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak says she'll still put in plenty of gym time. One of her favorite moves? Jumping rope.

"Katy aims to exercise five days a week, doing short, high-intensity workouts, including lunges and hip thrusts," he explained, per PopSugar. "These tone, as well as boost her metabolism, and can be done anywhere."

Katy tries to eat well, but she told Prevention that she can’t do it 100% of the time. “Let’s be honest: It’s 60/40,” she shared. Still, she likes to reach for things like brothy soups, grilled chicken, quinoa, asparagus, fresh-pressed juices, and coconut water, according to PopSugar.
