Katie Holmes Styles a Summer Dress For Fall With Her Hands Full of ‘Rental’ Shoes

Katie Holmes had her hands full for an outing in New York on Monday.
The “Dawson’s Creek” made her way home after an afternoon out in Manhattan with her beau Emilio Vitolo Jr. yesterday, sporting a floral frock with a V-cut neckline and a flowing midi silhouette.
On her feet, Holmes selected pairs from her favorite sneaker brand: Common Projects. The pair, with its exposed stitched and layered panels, creates an easy to pair appeal, matchable to any ensemble as Holmes has proved time and time again. The Original Achilles silhouette showcases white uppers with a white rubber sole and finished with a foil-stamped factory ID on the heel. While her own sneakers were on-trend, the actress also held tight to a few pairs of more shoes reading “rental” across their sides. The mixed tone pairs actually resembled bowling shoes, an unexpected footwear silhouette for the “Dawson’s Creek” alumna to have in tow.
