Katie Holmes (And Her Toned Legs) Are Rocking My World In Knee-High Boots And Undies

  • Katie Holmes stepped out this week in some absolutely fabulous knee-high boots that put her long, toned legs on full display.

  • The 43-year-old actress, best known for her role in 'Dawson's Creek', is busy promoting her new film at the Tribeca Film Festival.

  • Katie is a big believer in self-care and loves a good hot fudge sundae.


Katie Holmes is gearing up for the premiere of her new film, Alone Together, during the Tribeca Film Festival in NYC next week. And in the meantime, she's been posing for some high-fashion pics.

The Dawson's Creek actress, 43, posted a sexy snap to her Instagram Stories while posing in white over-the-knee boots, black underwear, a gray sweater and a satin black trench coat, which highlighted her strong and toned legs.

Everyone wants to know what in the world Katie does to keep her legs so strong. For one, she loves to hop on the spin bike, and she throws on the boxing gloves once in a while, the actress told Shape.

"I have my own Spin bike, so I can do it at home when I have to get up really early; otherwise I go to FlywheelSports,” she said. “I got into boxing a couple of years ago, and now I take classes at Rumble."

But she also shared that she cut back on exercise when she realized she had been putting pressure on herself to get in at least 5 workouts a week.

“I'm a big believer in self-care. It's better for everybody if you're taking care of yourself. Those moments are really worth it," she told Shape in 2019. “Sometimes I work out with my daughter. It just depends on the day. We have our routines, and occasionally they overlap. But I don't force her to work out with me because I know that's lame."

Instead, she told Shape that she exercises about four times a week, and "variety is key."

As for her diet, Katie is all about being balanced. "I try to have a balanced approach to food," she told Shape. "I focus on putting nutritious things into my body, but I don't obsess over it. If I'm going out to dinner with friends, I enjoy a nice meal."

That includes all kinds of foods. "If there's junk food, I have it and then just eat healthier the next day," Katie said. Her fave foods are nachos (yum!) and cakes and candies (double yum!). "And sometimes a good hot fudge sundae goes a long way," she added.

Katie made her love of sweets clear after sharing a snap back in May 2021 of some gorgeous sugar cookies decorated with pressed flowers.
