Katie Holmes is serving major supermodel vibes at her latest Glamour shoot and everyone is obsessed with the resurgence of this 2000s glam queen.

In her photo dump from the shoot, Katie, 44, rocked three high fashion looks. In one, she wears a strapless gold and black top, tousled hair, and a nose ring (!). And you can see a peek of her toned core in the pic. The second look is a little less serious, but Katie still slays in an oversized white suit jacket that hangs to her waist. Katie’s super-toned legs (in what appears to be a sparkly skirt and heels) peek out at the bottom of the photo. And in the third photo, Katie shows off a gold dress with cutouts on the side that highlight those toned abs once again.

If you’re wondering how Katie stays so strong, you’ve come to the right place. The star shared in 2019, that she has actually been able to stay strong and healthy while working out less than she used to.

“I used to put a lot of pressure on [myself, like] 'oh I've got to work out five times this week,’” she said at a 2019 panel for Hoka One One, per Shape. “Now I think, 'You know what? I'm actually going to put this in the category of self-care, and I should enjoy it and look at it like that because I don't have to put the pressure [on me].'” Sometimes removing the stress from movement makes all the difference.

When she does opt for a workout, Katie enjoys spin classes, boxing, yoga, and dance for her workouts! “I've been doing a lot of boxing, which I had never done before. It's thrilling,” she told Women’s Health back in 2018. "I put off all my phone calls till after boxing, because it puts me in a much calmer place."

When it comes to food, Katie makes sure she and her daughter Suri are eating their favorite cuisines. Katie told People that, while it can be challenging to fit in a home-cooked meal during a busy week, she likes to make pasta and lasagna for her daughter. And for those nights when she’s enjoying a snack and movie? Katie is all in on nachos.
