Katie Couric Shares Incredible Footage From Her Trip to Spain

The 65-year-old traveled all across the country with her husband.

Katie Couric just returned to New York City from an extravagant trip to Spain with her husband, John Molner

Now that she's back in the U.S., she finally has the chance to share a bit about her vacation on social media, and it looks like it was amazing.

Couric posted a video of photos and footage set to music on Instagram.

She captioned the post, "Hi friends! I think they call this a Latergram? Since @johnmolner asked me to try to stay off social media on our trip I'm now sharing some moments since we are back in NYC."

The 65-year-old then mapped out their entire trip across Spain, writing, "Madrid ➡️ Toledo ➡️ LaGuardia (yes really) ➡️ Bilbao ➡️ Barcelona & Figueres (the birthplace of Salvador Dalí) ➡️ Portlligat (Dalí's home). We had the best time. Lots of tapas, wine and incredible art and architecture. Thank you Spain and thank you Molner for planning this amazing trip! 🍷 🧀 💃🏻 🌞 🍇 ❤️ (more later on stories!)."

The video update features beautiful views and food dishes that look delicious, while there are also many pictures of Couric and Molner mixed in, seeing the sights, drinking wine, and exploring all Spain has to offer.

Many loved seeing a little of Couric's vacation, leaving complimentary comments on the post.

Actress Kathy Najimy, who you can see right now in Hocus Pocus 2, wrote, "Brillliant!! More ! More! Viva la Katie!"

Daisy Fuentes, an actress and friend of Couric's, also commented, "Amazing trip. 🙌🏼 ❤️ Can't wait to hear all about it over a 🍸."

Recently, Couric opened up about her breast cancer diagnosis in a personal essay on Katie Couric Media called "Why NOT me?" In it, she strongly encourages people to get screenings often.

She wrote, "Please get your annual mammogram. I was six months late this time. I shudder to think what might have happened if I had put it off longer."
