Kathie Lee Gifford is living her best life these days.
Two years after walking away from her Today show fourth-hour cohosting gig and moving to Franklin, Tennessee, Kathie made it clear that she's now as happy as can be. Making things sweeter, she recently received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for her career accomplishments — and revealed that she's seeing a special someone at the moment.
"I’m in a really special relationship with somebody that is nice and fun and healthy, and so that’s good," Kathie Lee spilled while talking with Today show cohosts Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, Al Roker and Carson Daly on Thursday morning.
Not missing a beat, the Today cast pressed Kathie Lee, who was married to Frank Gifford for nearly 30 years until his death in 2015, to share more details about this mystery "somebody."
"Like a boyfriend, Kath?" Savannah asked.

Smiling to herself, Kathie sat back and explained: "It’s just happy, and I don’t want to mess it up, and I probably already have by just even mentioning it."
She continued: "To be in a place where you feel like every aspect of your life is good, that nothing’s missing, and that’s a beautiful place to be. I’m just so grateful."
Who is Kathie Lee Gifford dating?
While Kathie Lee was careful not to name anyone specifically this Thursday, it's great to hear that this someone is "really special" to her.
This is far from the only time Kathie Lee has opened up about her love life and dating. A few months after leaving Today in April of 2019, Kathie got candid with Jenna Bush Hager and Hoda on the fourth hour about going on a few dates here and there.
"I went out with friends to a club to hear my favorite band down there, the Smoking Section. Tim Akers & the Smoking Section," Kathie recalled about going out in Nashville.
"I went to hear them, and this sweet guy asked me to dance, and so I said, 'okay.' And then he just disappeared into the crowd," she recalled. “And then, you know, a couple weeks later, same band — Tim Akers & the Smoking Section — so we danced again. And then we just went out a couple times. It was fun because I hadn’t been on a date in 33 years."
Kathie Lee described the date as "surreal."
"The world’s changed so much, you know," she continued. "But he’s a gentleman, so it was fine. It was fine. It was fun. But then I got so busy. We’re just from different worlds."
