Kathie Lee Gifford Shares 'Blessed' First Photo With Newborn Grandson

Kathie Lee Gifford is soaking up all the newborn snuggles.

The former Today show co-host graced her Instagram timeline with the first photo of herself cuddled up to her newborn grandson Finn.

The beaming grandma’s photo with her second grandchild comes just a few days after her daughter, Cassidy Gifford, announced the infant’s arrival on social media.

“What a joy to spend sweet time with baby FINN,” Gifford, 69, captioned her adorable shot, adding, “I am the most blessed of women. It seems!”

In the photo, the TV presenter can be seen sitting on the couch, looking down and smiling as she holds the baby cradled in her arms.

“Happy Fourth of July everybody,” she concluded.

Her followers—fans and former colleagues alike—couldn’t get enough of the sweet photo, as Al Roker sent his well wishes, writing, “God bless little Finn.”

The weatherman then revealed that his pregnant daughter, Courtney Roker, is also nearing her due date, stating, “Right behind you, KLG. Ours is due tomorrow.”

Today’s lifestyle contributor Jill Martin wrote, “Love you baby finn!!!😍” as Fox News journalist Shannon Bream added, “He’s precious!!”

Cassidy shared the news of the baby’s arrival on June 30, though the bundle of joy was born a week prior on June 24.

She also shared the first photo of Finn—full name Finn Thomas Wierda—her first child with husband Ben Wierda, giving fans a look at his tiny little feet.

Gifford is also a grandma to Frankie, her first grandchild named after her late husband Frank, whose parents are her son, Cody, and his wife, Erika. The couple is also expecting their second baby—Gifford’s third grandchild—sometime in the winter.
