Kathie Lee Gifford just got the perfect holiday gift—a new little grandchild all wrapped up in a bow.

The former Today host’s son Cody Gifford and wife Erika Brown Gifford have welcomed their second baby. The new addition to the growing family is another son, the couple revealed on Instagram Thursday.

"Introducing the newest love of our lives, Ford Matthew Gifford," Erika wrote in a caption to a video shared on Instagram Reels. The short video clip shows the couple in the hospital as they prepare to meet their newest child, as well as after when the newborn is serenly swaddled and wrapped with a bow. Also featured in the video is the couple’s 18-month old son, Frankie, who is clearly excited about becoming a big brother, even if he had to share his first birthday celebration with the couple’s pregnancy announcement.

“Thanking God immensely for another perfect ‘gifft’," Erika joked in the caption. “Welcome to the world, sweet sweet son.”

The new arrival caps off a tiny baby boom in the Gifford family. After Cody and Erika were married in 2020 and made Kathie Lee a Bubbie on May 31, 2022, when Frankie was born. As we previously reported, the TV icon did not want to be called grandma. She explained that a friend with an Israeli mother gave her an idea. "I asked her, I said what's a good word for a Jewish grandmother?" Kathie Lee said when she called into Today with Hoda & Jenna. "And she goes, 'Bubbalah. It's Bubbie.'" Bubbie is the Yiddish word for grandmother.

Frankie was named in honor of Kathie Lee’s late husband, football legend Frank Gifford. Kathie Lee’s daughter Cassidy also recently welcomed her first child, a boy named Finn Thomas Wierda, in June. That makes it three grandchildren under the age of three for the former talk show host — and we're guessing she couldn't be happier.
