Katherine Langford Has Never Seen "After," Starring Her Sister Josephine

She's getting to it, OK?

13 Reasons Why and Knives Out star Katherine Langford just revealed that she hasn't seen After, the movie her younger sister Josephine stars in, and we hope this news doesn't cause friction between the Langford sisters this holiday season.

According to JustJared Jr., Katherine spilled the beans about not seeing Josephine's big starring role as Tessa in After, the movie series based on a One Direction Wattpad fanfic. She blamed her busy schedule for the whoopsie. “It’s so bad! I have so many films that I need to watch right now and I have a bunch of them on my list so yeah, I’m going to get to it!” she said in an interview. Hey, at least she's honest.

To her credit, Katherine has been busy. She stars in the highly-anticipated thriller Knives Out, which hits theaters on November 27 and also stars Chris Evans, and is filming a TV series called Cursed, so Katherine's got a lot on her plate at the moment. We're pretty sure her sister Josephine understands how busy a young actor's schedule can be, and it's unlikely she's upset her sister hasn't caught her big film debut yet.

In fact, earlier this year, Josephine spoke to W magazine about what it's like to have a fellow actor as a sibling. According to Josephine, she and Katherine don't talk about their jobs while they're at home. “Everyone asks me that, and honestly the answer is no. Not to sound arrogant, but we both sort of know what we’re doing," she told the mag. It sounds as though the sisters are very realistic about how their jobs work, though we wouldn't be surprised if Josephine and Katherine decide to get in an After viewing during the holiday break. There's a sequel coming out soon, but Katherine's still got time to catch up on the exploits of Tessa and Hardin!
