Firefly Lane star Katherine Heigl is fortunate to have a personal hairdresser residing in her humble abode. Several weeks back, the actress, 45, posted an Instagram video of her stylist giving her beachy waves and the person behind the curling iron is none other than…her husband.

Heigl captured the styling moment on video, which was shared on her personal profile. While filming on her cell phone, the Grey’s Anatomy alum can’t help but smile and laugh as her husband of 16 years, Josh Kelley, 43, curls her hair in what appears to be their home bathroom.

“Look at that, [a] perfect curl,” Kelley says in the clip. Thoroughly impressed, Heigl looks at the curl and shares, “Perfect.”

In the caption, the 27 Dresses actress jokingly gave her husband the title of her personal hair guru and shared that she’s been working with him for quite a while. “Every girl needs a trusted hairstylist to make her feel pretty this holiday season,” she wrote.

Heigl added, “I’ve been working with @joshbkelley for almost 20 years now. No one’s better at the beach wave than him…or the tea spilling! [laughing emoji and red heart emoji].”

In the comments section, her followers wanted to take a moment to admire Kelley’s handiwork. One person wrote, “Wow, looks good. Can I hire him?” Sharing the same sentiment, another commented, “Can we get on his waitlist? I need that perfect curl.”

Heigl and Kelley first met while filming the music video for his song “Only You” back in 2005. The pair later tied the knot in 2007. Now, they share three children: Naleigh, 14, Adalaide, 11, and Joshua, 6.

Back in September, Heigl appeared on the Today show and shared why she decided to move to Utah with her family. “I’m a mountain person and I have always sort of been that way,” she said at the time. “And my mom realized, because we went out to LA when I was 17 and hustled and hustled for years, right? And I think she realized at a certain point that I needed somewhere to escape to that could just clear my head and ground me.”

We have to hand it to you, Josh, that is one nice curl.
