  • Katharine McPhee Foster is keeping things steamy with her husband, David Foster, and the evidence is all over Instagram.

  • The actress and singer, 38, posted some pics of herself in a miniskirt with her long, strong legs wrapped around Foster, and the two look so in love.

  • Kat works out with a personal trainer who helps her target all different areas to stay strong so she can run after her little son, Rennie.

Katharine McPhee Foster and her hubby, David Foster, are clearly head over heels for each other. In a new Instagram post, the Waitress actress, 38, shared three snaps of herself showing lots of love to her husband while wearing a taupe mini skirt and sweater.

In the first pic, Kat is laying on a big smooch while balancing on one (very long, strong) leg, while the other stays wrapped around David. The second pic shows the two hugging, and the third is a zoomed in pic of Katharine's foot balancing on David's. (The two married in June 2019, per People.)

"Poor guy… too bad he doesn’t get very much attention," she captioned the pics.

And her famous friends are all about the loved-up posts.

Singer Jessie J commented, "😍😍", while chef Cat Cora left them "❤️❤️." Oh, and David's daughter Erin Foster commented, "Reporting this."

How does she stay so strong? Well, Katharine has been staying plenty busy running around after her 17-month old son, Rennie, whom she shares with David. She also fits in workouts with her personal trainer, Oscar Smith, who has literally called her a "competitive athlete," per Life & Style.

Their workouts hit on a little bit of everything. “For upper body, we would focus on a specific body part, then start off what I call ‘the Triangle,'” Smith said. For cardio, he has Kat doing jumprope sets, box jumps, sprints and sometimes even stair-runs.

Katharine has previously shared about her battle with bulimia (an eating disorder that involves binging and then purging food) and how she got professional help, as well as the challenges that history presented while she was pregnant with Rennie. She told Today that the first trimester was tricky, as she was dealing with a changing body and appetite. "It was really a transition and balance for me to figure out the food stuff," she said.

"I think if you have issues with food it's always something that there are phases when it comes back into your life and it haunts you and then you get a hold of it again," Katharine added. "Feeling like there was a relapse after getting pregnant was really shocking and upsetting and concerning for me, because I was suddenly so obsessed with food, starting from this first trimester, and I had such a distortion of the way that I looked."

And Katharine got real on Instagram in a post about her post-baby body in December 2021. The big take away: She didn't buy into the post-baby diet thing. Instead, she focused on keeping her body strong.

She shared, "I’ve struggled with weight my whole 20s and 30. I’ve gone up and down 10 times over," she wrote. "I lost this baby weight without dieting. Zero. Diets are the worst and I’ve had zero pressure from anyone. I’ve let me body do its thing and found a great workout. That’s it. And guess what? I’ll probably gain weight again at some point too. Who cares?"

Preach it, Kat!
