Kate Winslet Has a Very Uncommon Stance on Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s Reunion
Kate Winslet has a very unpopular (and I think uncommon) stance on the whole Jennifer Lopez–Ben Affleck reunion: She's not interested. That seems to be the polar opposite of where everybody else is at, am I right? Please see: The copious amount of updates we've done on the subject.
In a recent interview with The New York Times, Winslet was asked to respond to a series of quick, unrelated statements. When given the prompt “You can’t stop reading about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez,” the Titanic actor answered bluntly, “What? No! I’ve never read about Jennifer in my life.” She continued, “What are these questions?” because she has no time for celeb gossip, it seems.

But in case you, dear reader, are curious about the latest Bennifer news: On May 31, Affleck and Lopez were spotted dining out together and getting very cozy. Their PDA-filled dinner was caught by the paps, seemingly confirming an earlier report from a source who told Us Weekly the two "are full-on dating and very happy together.”
It seems getting a little flustered is Kate Winslet's general response to goofy questions. Later in the Times chat, writer Maureen Dowd brought up her 1998 flick Hideous Kinky, stating that it was “neither hideous nor kinky,” to which Winslet responded, “I don’t even know how to answer these questions.” Kate, you're doing great.
Thankfully, Winslet was more revealing when it came to projects she's, you know, actually involved in. She dished that she took a pair of Rose's earrings from the set of Titanic and then lost one (Thematic! Ironic! Classic!) and that she had to fight to keep her “belly” in a Mare of Easttown sex scene. Read the full interview here.
