    From ELLE

Kate Middleton's younger brother, James Middleton is speaking candidly about his struggle with depression, publishing a personal essay through the Daily Mail.

"I know I'm richly blessed and live a privileged life. But it did not make me immune to depression," James wrote. "It is tricky to describe the condition. It is not merely sadness. It is an illness, a cancer of the mind."

He continued,"It's not a feeling but an absence of feelings. You exist without purpose or direction. I couldn't feel joy, excitement, or anticipation–only heart-thudding anxiety propelled me out of bed in the morning. I didn't actually contemplate suicide-but I didn't want to live in the state of mind I was in either."

Along with the personal description of what appears to be a longtime struggle, James also recently made his Instagram account public for the first time, where he has revealed personal details about living with depression. On December 31 he reflected on 2018 with a post about an animal he's worked with that just earned its PAT certification:

"Proud of Ella becoming a PAT dog this year. Animals can provide a sense of calm, comfort, or safety and divert attention away from a stressful situation and toward one that provides pleasure," James captioned the post. "Advocates of animal-assisted therapy say that developing a bond with an animal can help people develop a better sense of self-worth and trust, stabilize their emotions, and improve their communication, self-regulation, and socialisation skills. I am a huge believer in this & Ella has done so much for me and we look forward to sharing the love, Timmy tickles and many visits in 2019 @petsastherapy_uk."

Big sister Kate is apparently a driving force in James opening up about his emotional hardships.

"I feel compelled to talk about it openly because this is precisely what my brother-in-law Prince William, my sister Catherine and Prince Harry are advocating through their mental health charity Heads Together," James explained. It's nice to see that he and Kate clearly lean on one another.

Lindsey Graham Calls For Investigation Of 'Attempted Bureaucratic Coup' Against Trump

Theo: @Gumaroin Regarding your statements If we were a democracy then the electoral college wouldn't be around. The majority of Americans didn't vote for trump.” It must have been clear to you that the sovereign people of the sovereign nation United States of America of the United Nations have elected in the name of the sovereign people of the sovereign nation United States of America of the United Nations the winner of the sovereign people of the Republicans, Mr. Donald Trump, and so not the winner of the sovereign people of the Democrats, Mrs. Hillary Clinton. So your statement about your own in democratic sense elected president is empty. It’s just not possible that anyone is able to blame a president that he or she has been in democratic sense as the president of one’s own sovereign nation of the United Nations. So anywone who tries to follow the following “Lindsey Graham Calls For Investigation Of 'Attempted Bureaucratic Coup' Against Trump HuffPost Dominique Mosbergen,HuffPost 1 hour 51 minutes ago Reactions Reblog on Tumblr Share Tweet Email Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said he wants to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, has vowed to launch an investigation into whether top officials at the Justice Department and the FBI plotted to carry out a “bureaucratic coup” to force President Donald Trump from office. Graham made his pronouncement during a Sunday conversation with CBS’ “Face The Nation.” He’d been reacting to the bombshell “60 Minutes” interview with Andrew McCabe, in which the former FBI deputy director had confirmed that Justice Department officials had discussed ousting Trump in 2017 using the 25th Amendment. McCabe also corroborated earlier reports that said Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein had suggested wearing a wire when meeting with Trump ― an allegation that Rosenstein has vehemently denied. Graham promised Sunday to “get to the bottom” of what actually happened. “We will have a hearing about who’s telling the truth,” he told “Face The Nation.” “It’s stunning to me that one of the chief law enforcement officers of the land ― the acting head of the FBI ― would go on national television and say, ’Oh, by the way, I remember a conversation with the deputy attorney general about trying to find if we could replace the president under the 25th Amendment,’” Graham said. “We’re a democracy. People enforce the law — can’t take it into their own hands.” The lawmaker questioned whether what McCabe described amounted to “an attempted bureaucratic coup.” “Was this an attempted bureaucratic coup? I don’t know. I don’t know who’s telling the truth. I know [former Deputy Attorney General Rod] Rosenstein vehemently denied it but we’re going to get to the bottom of it,” Graham said. This isn’t the first time in recent memory that the Republican senator has suggested a “bureaucratic coup” had been plotted against President Trump. Speaking to Fox News in September, Graham said FBI officials had tried to “taint” the 2016 presidential election in Democrat Hillary Clinton’s favor. At the time, he called for a new special counsel to be appointed to investigate these claims. This article originally appeared on HuffPost.” will conclude that there is a lot of hush, hush, hush secret ado about nothing, what has whatsoever no relation with the Trias Politica. When the government has lost the confidence of a vast majority of the representives of the sovereign people the sovereign people have in the Trias Politica every minute the democratic right to send the government in democratic sense home, this without a lot of hush, hush, hush secret ado about nothing.
