Kate Middleton's Brother James Just Shared an Adorable Instagram of His Dog Mabel
Doting dog dad James Middleton (who, for the uninformed, happens to me the Duchess of Cambridge's only brother) has one of the most endearing Instagram accounts around.
George, Charlotte, and Louis's uncle often posts pictures of his animals, and earlier this week, he shared a sweet video of his golden retriever, Mabel, set to the tune of Nelly Furtado's "I'm Like A Bird." The clip, which focuses in on the pup's nose, is playfully captioned, "Mabel has something to tell you🐾 ❤️ 🎧 sound ON 🎧. dogs only speak the truth 🎶," a nod to the song's lyrics: "You're beautiful, that's for sure."

In addition to posting delightful clips of his animal brood, Middleton has had a busy few weeks. He recently opened up in an exclusive interview with the Telegraph about his mental health struggles, revealing that his royal sister accompanied him to therapy. When asked about which family members came with him to his sessions, he said:
All of them. Not necessarily at the same time, but either individually and [sometimes] together. And that was so important because that helped them understand me and how my mind was working. And I think the way the therapy helped me was that I didn’t need my family to say, 'What can we do?' The only thing they could do was just come to some of the therapy sessions to start to understand."
Middleton and his fiancée Alizee Thevenet also made their first public appearance following their engagement announcement this month. Just a few weeks ago, the happy couple stepped out in London to attend the premiere of the new Apple documentary The Elephant Queen, where they were photographed together on the red carpet. For the event, Middleton wore a casual look: a navy jacket paired with a white button-down shirt and jeans while Thevenet wore a cranberry-colored blazer over a white dress.
Middleton first shared the news of his upcoming wedding on Instagram in early October.
"❤️She said OUI ❤️," he captioned a photo with his new fiancée. "Our secret is out but we couldn’t be happier to share the news 🥂🍾"
At this point, it's unclear when Thevenet and Middleton are expected to tie the knot.
