Kate Middleton and Prince William are in Scotland for King Charles's Scottish coronation! Yesterday, the Prince and Princess of Wales—a.k.a. the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay in Scotland!—joined the King and Queen Camilla for the National Service of Thanksgiving and Dedication in his honor at St Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh.

Arriving to the ceremony via procession, Kate appeared to pay tribute to the country's flag by wearing a bold blue coatdress from one of her go-to designers, Catherine Walker, and pairing it with a matching hat by Philip Treacy.

The Princess of Wales previously wore the striking dress at an Easter service in St George’s Chapel earlier this year. She tied her elegant ensemble together with the late Queen Elizabeth's pearl choker necklace and Princess Diana's pearl drop earrings. Meanwhile, William, King Charles, and Queen Camilla all topped their outfits with Order of the Thistle robes since they are part of the Order of Chivalry—Scotland's Highest Order.

During the service, King Charles was presented with the Honours of Scotland, which are the oldest crown jewels in Britain. They include the Crown of Scotland, the Sceptre, and a new Elizabeth Sword, which was commissioned to replace the previous Sword of State as it became too fragile. The original was given to James IV by Pope Julius in 1507.

The ceremony was part of King Charles and Queen Camilla's first Royal Week of their reign. They arrived to the country on Monday and have since been busy carrying out several engagements. They kicked the week off with the Ceremony of the Keys at the Palace of Holyroodhouse (their Scottish residence), followed by a tour of the Royal Yacht Britannia to mark 25 years since she arrived in Edinburgh and a garden party at the palace with thousands of guests in attendance.
