Kate Middleton Wears a Green Alexander McQueen Coat for an Appearance with Prince William

Kate Middleton’s outerwear is making us green with envy. Literally.

On Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge paid a visit to the city of Bradford (their first joint outing in 2020) and we couldn’t help but notice Middleton’s gorgeous moss-colored coat.

For the occasion, Middleton opted for a black and white houndstooth plaid dress with belt from Zara to wear under her green, ankle-length Alexander McQueen coat. She accessorized her outfit with black Gianvito Rossi pumps and a croc-print handbag from Aspinal of London.

The duchess has been longtime fan of Alexander McQueen—she even chose the brand to design her wedding dress.

The couple’s official Twitter account announced the royal engagement last week, which promised that the duo would learn about “a number of projects which support the community and promote cohesion within.”

Their itinerary included a visit to City Hall in Bradford’s Centenary Square, stopping by one of the city's Khidmat Centres, joining a session at the charity Better Start Bradford and attending a workshop run by Near Neighbours.

Kate, if you’re reading this, green is your color.
