Kate Middleton Supports First-Time Parents During Latest Outing

When it comes to supporting first-time parents, Kate Middleton is at the forefront.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 37, recently paid a visit to Sunshine House Children and Young People’s Health and Development Centre in London.

The royal wore a pair of high-waisted black pants, a polka dot blouse by Equipment and her go-to Gianvito Rossi pumps. We’re totally digging the simply chic look.

The purpose of the outing was to learn more about a brand-new nursing initiative designed for first-time parents, who are ages 24 and under. The program is totally voluntary and connects specially trained nurses with families in need. Once paired, the nurse makes regular visits starting with the early stages of pregnancy until the child is 2 years old.

According to The Daily Mail reporter Rebecca English, the visit was “to further her research and engagement with the Early Years sector.”

Middleton is a longtime supporter of philanthropic events. In fact, the duchess recently debuted her all-new Back to Nature garden at RHS Wisley in Surrey. Although the exhibit was originally shown at the 2019 Chelsea Flower Show, it was recently transformed into a children’s playground for the new launch.

Leave it to Middleton to be involved in, well, everything.
