Kate Middleton is reportedly self-isolating after coming into contact with a person who later tested positive for COVID-19. According to royal reporter Rebecca English, the Duchess doesn't have any symptoms, but is following government guidelines by self-isolating at home. Kate, who was alerted to the news Friday, reportedly takes regular tests as part of the Royal Households safety protocols, and has received both doses of the COVID vaccination.

Kensington Palace confirmed the news in a statement, saying “Last week The Duchess of Cambridge came into contact with someone who has subsequently tested positive for Covid-19. Her Royal Highness is not experiencing any symptoms, but is following all relevant government guidelines and is self-isolating at home.”
