Kate Middleton gave away a very sweet secret about Princess Charlotte during her walkabout in Belfast Wednesday: what she and Prince William call their daughter in private. Daily Mail reports that a well-wisher who met Kate, blogger Laura-Ann, heard first hand the nickname the couple has for Charlotte.

Kate had met Laura-Ann's younger two-year-old son, George, and then asked the age of Laura-Ann's older son. "I said he is four and she said 'oh he's the same age as Lottie'-she calls her Lottie!'" Laura-Ann recalled. (Charlotte will be four in May this year.)

Laura-Ann shared some videos of her and Kate's conversation on her Instagram and added that "I wish there was more videos because I can't remember what she said, or I said. I'm on cloud nine. She's my idol, I absolutely love her!" she said.

Charlotte is not the only royal kid in her family with a nickname. Prince George recently gave away the surprise name he has for himself when meeting a woman walking her dog while playing at a stream near his grandmother Carole Middleton's house.

The woman talked about what the encounter was like to The Sun. “Just to be friendly I engaged in a bit of small talk and I asked George what his name was, even though obviously I knew it," the woman said. “To my astonishment, he said ‘I’m called Archie’ with a big smile on his face...I don’t know why he calls himself Archie but kids often play with their names and I think it’s lovely.”
