  • Kate Middleton reportedly feels “exhausted and trapped” over an increased workload.

  • She's currently isolating in her country home with Prince William and their kids.

Kate Middleton and Prince William have been isolating in their country home amid the coronavirus pandemic, but they haven’t stopped working—both behind the scenes and in the public eye. However, apparently Kate is feeling kinda exhausted from the extra workload—at least according to alleged “sources” who are out here spilling royal tea.

“Of course she’s smiling and dressing appropriately but she doesn’t want this,” a friend tells Tatler (via The Daily Mail). “She feels exhausted and trapped. She’s working as hard as a top CEO, who has to be wheeled out all the time, without the benefits of boundaries and plenty of holidays.”

That said, Kate has a “stoic” personality which said friend explains is “why she is so well suited” to her role: “She keeps her head down because the prize of being queen is so great. She models herself on the Queen and now speaks like the Queen.”

FYI, Kate has been frequently appearing on Zoom calls with Prince William throughout her isolation and is otherwise spending her time with her children. According to a source who spoke with Us Weekly, “Kate is mainly in charge of the homeschooling and playtimes, but William is also very involved too. He teaches them lessons and organizes games.”

Meanwhile, “Kate counts her blessings that the kids get on so well. George has been helping Charlotte with her gymnastics and they’ll spend hours practicing cartwheels, headstands, and other moves together. Louis tries to join in too!”
