Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, turns 41 today!

Her royal in-laws took to social media to share birthday wishes. "Wishing a happy birthday to The Duchess of Sussex!" Kate Middleton and Prince William's social media, @KensingtonRoyal, shared on Twitter and Instagram stories.

They posted the message with a photograph of Meghan smiling at the National Service of Thanksgiving at St. Paul's, which was part of Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee weekend.

Meghan and Prince Harry's attendance at the Service of Thanksgiving served as their only public appearance during the four days of festivities. After the weekend ended, the Sussexes shared that they celebrated their daughter Lilibet's first birthday in private, and also released a portrait of their daughter in honor of the milestone.

The Cambridges weren't the only ones to take to social media to share a birthday wish for Meghan; Prince Charles and Camilla posted a similar message on their social media.

"Happy birthday to The Duchess of Sussex!" they wrote, adding a balloon emoji. Their message also included a photo of Meghan from the National Service.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall shared similar messages last year for Meghan's birthday, with minimal differences.

The Cambridge tweet last year had a birthday cake emoji, and showed Meghan in Australia:

Meanwhile, Charles and Camilla's tweet said "a very happy" birthday, with the same single balloon emoji.

Last year, on Meghan's 40th birthday, she launched a charitable initiative called "40x40," where she asked "40 friends to donate 40 minutes of their time to help mentor a woman who is mobilizing back into the workforce."
