The parents of three shared a rare PDA moment at Princess Eugenie’s wedding today. But it wasn’t just a run-of-the-mill hand-holding situation. In fact, the Duchess of Cambridge really pushed the royal protocol envelope.
Yup, Middleton placed her hand on the inside of Prince William’s thigh, and his face says it all.
Public displays of affection are a rarity for the couple while out representing the royal family. Unlike Prince Harry, who is unlikely to ascend the throne, Prince William is second in line to rule and as such follows his grandmother Queen Elizabeth II’s decorum rule book.
