Despite the hubbub surrounding Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's bombshell royal exit, the rest of the royal family still has business to attend to.

Kate Middleton and Prince William took a day trip to Bradford with a full itinerary: visiting "one of the UK's most diverse cities" with the intention to visit City Hall in Centenary Square, a stopover at the Khidmat Centre, checking out a charity session at BetterStart Bradford, and heading over to a Near Neighbours workshop.

Kate was the picture of elegance during the outing, sporting a forest green Alexander McQueen coat paired with simple black suede Gianvito Rossi pumps and a pair of Zeen earrings she debuted during her royal tour of Pakistan. She paired the maxi-length coat with a miniature croc-print handbag that complemented her heels from Aspinal of London.

Beneath the glam coat, Kate wore a matching maxi-length printed Zara dress, which paired beautifully with her hair, worn in flowing chestnut locks.

Kate may have been kept busy during her royal rounds for the day, but she rocked a polished look the entire time.

Kate and Prince Williams' outing was first announced on January 8 via the official Kensington Palace Twitter account, where it was confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge would be visiting a "number of projects which support the community and promote cohesion within it."

Both Kate and Prince William have another outing planned amid all the Meghan and Harry madness. On Monday, the pair will attend a reception at Buckingham Palace to honor the UK-Africa Investment Summit. We'll be sure to keep an eye out for what Kate selects from her royal wardrobe for the occasion.
