Kate Middleton Made a Festive Statement in a Red Puffer Jacket and a Green Sweater

It’s officially December, which means we have no shame in breaking out our warm puffer coats. And Kate Middleton is no different.

Earlier today, the Duchess of Cambridge, 37, attended her first royal engagement as a patron of the U.K. charity Family Action.

Middleton opted for a festive look, consisting of a cheerful green sweater and a red puffer jacket by Perfect Moment. (Unfortunately, Middleton’s exact red style is currently out of stock, but you can still get your hands on the black version.)

The duchess completed her outfit with a pair of dark-wash jeans and brown winter boots.

The event took place at the Peterley Manor Farm in Buckinghamshire, England. While there, Middleton surprised a group of children before engaging in a series of holiday-inspired activities. Not only did she help the kids select Christmas trees, but she also made crafts and drank hot chocolate.

The outing doubled as Middleton’s first engagement as a patron of Family Action. The duchess will take over for Queen Elizabeth, who held the same role for 65 years. She will assist the organization in providing support for families, who are affected by mental health issues, financial burdens and more.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Middleton wear the Perfect Moment puffer. Back in 2017, the royal attended a training session for the London Marathon, which was hosted by Heads Together.

She paired the red coat with a black turtleneck sweater, leggings and running shoes.

Recycled fashion, you love to see it.
