Kate Middleton Looks Glamorous in Teal Gown at Royal Variety Performance

Kate Middleton got all glammed up for the Royal Variety Performance in London on Thursday night.

The Princess of Wales arrived to the Royal Albert Hall wearing a stunning teal gown with a crystal collar and dramatic cape-effect sleeves paired with matching pumps, sparkly earrings, and a bejeweled clutch. She wore her signature brunette hair in waves and chose to wear her makeup natural. Kate attended alongside her husband, Prince William, who was also dressed to impress in a tailored velvet tux.

This year's show, which supports the Royal Variety Charity to help entertainers in need, featured performances by Cher, Swedish pop star Zara Larsson, and former Spice Girls singer Mel C (aka Sporty Spice).

Kate and William were also joined by their fellow royal counterparts, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and Prince Daniel. For the theatrical occasion, Victoria wore a feathery frock, while Daniel looked dapper in a tuxedo.

Earlier today, the Wales couple welcomed the Swedish royals to the UK at Windsor Castle. It was the first time they reunited with them since 2018, when William and Kate went on their royal tour of Norway and Sweden. Both couples are expected to go backstage to meet some of the performers after the show.

Kate and William have been frequent royal guests of the show over the years and last attended in 2021. (Last year, Prince Edward, the Duke of Edinburgh and Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh attended on behalf of the British royal family). Attending the Royal Variety Show Performance has been a tradition for the royals for more than a century and began with William's's great-great grandfather King George V in 1921.
