Christmas at Sandringham has officially kicked off!

Earlier today, King Charles III, Queen Camilla, and other royals stepped out together for their annual walk to Christmas Day Services at St Mary Magdalene. Kate Middleton was among the many family members who made an appearance, greeting crowds along the way, and naturally, she looked lovely for the the occasion.

The Princess of Wales opted for a blue outfit from head-to-toe, wearing a royal blue coat, a navy turtleneck, and navy boots. She paired it with Princess Diana's diamond and sapphire earrings, wearing her hair down underneath her fascinator. Kate was joined by her husband, Prince William, and their three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. The Prince of Wales and his sons color coordinated in navy ensembles—with Prince Louis wearing tartan trousers and a navy jacket and George looking quite grown up in a suit—while Princess Charlotte looked adorable in a green coat and Mary Jane shoes.

Celebrating Christmas as a family at Sandringham has long been a tradition for the royals. Last year, the tradition returned for the first time in two years following the pandemic (in 2020 and 2021, they did not go), and last year also marked the royal family's first Christmas together since Queen Elizabeth passed away.

After the church service, the Waleses and the rest of the royal family are expected to return to the Sandringham House for a traditional turkey lunch. Then, around 3 p.m., King Charles's televised Christmas message as scheduled to air.
