Kate Middleton and Prince William made a surprise visit to Northern Ireland on Thursday. The royal couple touched down in Belfast early in the day to visit cross-community organizations that focus on supporting people from all backgrounds.

Looking polished as ever, the Princess of Wales wore a baby blue pussy bow blouse from Winser London with navy trousers and matching Gianvitto Rossi pumps. She topped her sophisticated outfit with a light blue peacoat (believed to be from one of her go-to designers Alexander McQueen), added rhodochrosite gemmed hoops from Missoma, and tied everything together with a mini top handle purse from Demellier. William, meanwhile, seemingly color-coordinated his look with his wife, deeper shades of blue as well.

The one-day trip marked the Prince and Princess of Wales’s first appearance in the country under their new titles since Queen Elizabeth’s death last month. They first stopped by PIPS Suicide Prevention Ireland (PIPS Charity), an organization that provides crisis support for those at risk of suicide and self-harm. During the visit, Kate and William met with staff members about their life-saving work and took part in a pumpkin painting art therapy session with vulnerable children who are supported by PIPs.

The Prince and Princess then headed to a recently opened outdoor street food and retail market called Trademarket. There, the pair went head-to-head in a cocktail-making competition to see who would be the quickest at mixing up a drink. William was ultimately declared the winner.

For their next stop, the royals are expected to visit Carrick Connect, is a youth charity that offers support services to local children experiencing social or emotional difficulties.

Thursday's jam-packed day of engagements comes a few weeks after the official mourning period for Queen Elizabeth officially ended. Since then, Kate and William have made several stops across the U.K., including a one-day trip to Wales last week.
