Kate Middleton appeared to get flirty with Prince William on the BAFTAs red carpet. A video from the event seems to show the Princess of Wales tapping her husband’s bum as they walked the carpet on Sunday evening.
One Twitter user shared a video of the playful moment, writing, “Not princess kate tapping william on the arse in front of the world.” Another reacted to the tweet, “That little touch says it all! 🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️.”
The 76th EE BAFTA Film Awards marked the first time that the Prince and Princess have attended the ceremony since 2020. Catherine looked glamorous for her return to the BAFTAs red carpet recycling a white one-shoulder gown by Alexander McQueen, which has been modified. The Princess completed her look with a pair of Zara earrings and black opera length gloves.
Catherine and William, who is president of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), watched the star-studded ceremony on Feb. 19 and met with winners, including Elvis star Austin Butler and Tár's Cate Blanchett.

The 2023 awards show featured a moving tribute to the Prince’s late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. The heir to the British throne appeared moved as he watched next to the Princess of Wales. Dame Helen Mirren, who led the special tribute, referred to the late Queen as the “nation’s leading star.”
The Prince and Princess' official Instagram account shared pictures from the evening, along with a message that read: "Congratulations to all of this year’s wonderful and worthy @bafta winners! A special evening celebrating the best of cinema and the next generation of British talent both in front of and behind the camera."
