Kate Middleton and Prince William were in good spirits on Saturday as they were joined by their kids Prince George and Princess Charlotte during a visit to Wales on behalf of Queen Elizabeth for her Platinum Jubilee. To mark day three of the milestone occasion, the Cambridge family (apart from 4-year-old Prince Louis!) stopped by Cardiff Castle, where they are expected to meet performers and crew members ahead of a special celebration concert being held in the city. The family of four will also watch rehearsals and take part in some of the final preparations for the show, which will feature famous Welsh musicians and entertainers.

For the outing, the stylish duchess opted for a statement-making coat by Eponine in a red hue as a nod to the Welsh flag. She wore her hair up in a high ponytail and tied her look together with black pumps, gold hoop earrings by Welsh jewelry brand Spells of Love, and a $395 DeMellier Nano Montreal bag in black. William, George, and Charlotte looked well-coordinated, wearing darker tones.

Last month, Buckingham Palace announced that the Cambridges and other senior members of the royal family would travel across the U.K. to attend festivities for The Queen's historic 70th year on the throne. While Kate, William, and their children carried out their royal duties in Wales, Prince Edward and Sophie, Countess of Wessex arrived in Northern Ireland to meet with young children taking part in multicultural street performances.

Princess Anne traveled to Edinburgh, Scotland, yesterday accompanied by her husband, Sir Timothy Laurence. The duo visited the Edinburgh Zoo, where they got to feed penguins, and then headed over to the Royal Navy ship HMS Albion to meet with representatives of royal patronages across Scotland.

Later, Jubilee celebrations will continue on at Derby Day at Epsom Downs without Her Majesty, who bowed out of the event last minute yesterday after recent mobility issues. Anne will be there to represent her mother, as will other members of the royal family. Make sure to check back with Town & Country to see more photos of the Platinum Jubilee events.
