Surprise: Kate Middleton is out again for her second engagement this week-and is wearing the same color Meghan Markle did for her own Halloween events today.

The Duchess of Cambridge is at the Imperial War Museum in London right now, wearing a fitted blue sheath dress. Per Kensington Palace, Kate is learning "about the lives of her great grandmother’s three brothers, who fought and lost their lives in the First World War" ahead of the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day.

The Palace is detailing some of Kate's family's fascinating history in the war on its Twitter:

The meaningful engagement is the more formal of the events Kate has gone to this week. Yesterday, she was more casual, visiting Coach Core in Essex with Prince William. She wore a grey Smythe blazer with jeans for that visit.

Meghan Markle, meanwhile, wrapped up her 16-day royal tour today in New Zealand. She wore a Stella McCartney navy dress and a Givenchy blue sweater and skirt for the bulk of her engagements. A lot of blue for the young royal duchesses today-so much that it makes you think the sisters-in-law even planned it.
