  • Kate Hudson, 41, showed off her toned abs and butt while modeling a sporty bikini.

  • She's a huge fan of Tracy Anderson workouts, the Peloton bike and tread, and Pilates.

  • The actress also takes a holistic approach to wellness by listening to her body.

Although it's only April, Kate Hudson has her fans feening for summer with her latest bikini-clad Instagram photos. On Sunday, the Truth Be Told actress, 41, posted a series of three different pics from her home gym (Peloton bike in the background), showing off a new tri-color bikini from her Fabletics brand. And she looks fitter than ever.

"Active swim looking sweet👙," the Mother's Day star captioned the pics.

Kate's fans and Instagram followers were all about her showing off her hard work in the gym.

"A natural body! You look amazing!!! 😍🔥," one person wrote, while another said, "I love this, a REAL beautiful body, no filters or retouching, you are an inspiration, thank you!❤️"

Model Irina Shayk commented, "🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥." And Kate's personal trainer Nicole Winhoffer added "Body body body".

Of course, Kate is known for her love of sweating it out in the gym, which lately has been her home gym. She's a huge fan of virtual Tracy Anderson Method classes, which she previously told Women's Health helped "my skin attach back to my muscle" after having three kids.

Her at-home workouts also include using The Mirror, and of course, hopping on her Peloton. (She has both the spin bike and treadmill.) "I have the Peloton Tread, I just got it, and I love Peloton," the Almost Famous alum previously told WH. "I think they make it so easy to have 'no excuse' workouts. [I can spend] 10 minutes doing a little mile run instead of just sitting there doing nothing."

Besides her Peloton, Kate also loves Pilates. "I know I'm at my strongest is when I'm doing my Pilates because it never gets easier. The more you do Pilates, the harder the things you can do become. I love how flexible I feel, and I like what it does to the shape of my body," she told Women’s Health in 2019.

In between filming, managing Fabletics, and raising three kids, Kate's always managed to make her health and wellness a priority, meaning she's all about mixing up her workouts and listening to her body.

"I’ve always felt that wellness is about your quality of life," she shared with Women's Health of her personal philosophy. "You need to know what makes you feel good. It’s about doing the things you love, eating the things you want to, exercising and not feeling like you need to [push yourself] for two hours in a hot room. You can just take a nice walk and still be healthy."
