Let's start with the brand's most popular product and Women's Health editor-fave: Metabolism Super Powder. The cacao-based blend is meant to be mixed into smoothies or your fave nut milk. It includes a mix of plant extracts, which the brand claims can improve digestion. Inside the mixture? Ingredients such as celery seed, L-glutamine, and black pepper piperine.
