Monday blues got you down? Kate Hudson's latest #fitspo video is all the motivation you need to get back on track. The Knives Out 2 star, 42, just posted a brand new workout video on Instagram, and her legs look next-level strong.

"Back at it with the sleeeeeeeedddddd 😜 @dragonmasterbri #letsgo," Kate captioned the clip, and her followers were all about it in the comments section. "Get it Kate!! 🔥🔥🔥," one user wrote, while someone else added, "and my Kate Hudson crush continues! 😍🔥" (which, same!).

Kate's killer muscles are on full display in a pair of plum leggings and a black sports bra—and, yep, her sled session looks beyond intense:

So, just how does Kate stay in such amazing, sled-pushing shape? For starters, she just opened up about her newly revamped fitness routine, which includes lots of Pilates.

"I'm definitely challenging myself in new ways, which I need," the actress told People. "I like to be able to set new goals to see what I can accomplish, and I love how flexible and strong I feel after a good workout, especially doing Pilates, which never gets easier."

Kate says she tries to be as active as possible, even if she can't make it to the gym. "I need to be moving to feel good," she explained. "Even just making time for a little movement everyday—going for a walk, doing a few minutes on the treadmill, some Pilates, or if I have more time for it, I love hot yoga."

Kate's also been open in the past about her love for dance workouts, sessions on her Peloton bike, and exercising with the help of The Mirror, per Women's Health.

The Truth Be Told star added that her busy schedule can make it hard to stick to regular workouts. "It can be difficult to maintain a real routine when you are busy at home or working," she said. "But for me the key to living well is to plug into what your body needs, and being active helps me refocus and reset."

Still, she's all about exercising to unlock her healthiest, happiest self. "Let me be clear—I love my body," she said, per People. "It has birthed three children and given me so much more—you must honor your relationship with yourself and hold that sacred. And for that reason, it is so important to me to find time to make sure I'm fueling my body in the ways it fuels me, even if that means changing up my fitness routine so that I'm always challenging myself to achieve new goals."

As for her diet, Kate swears by a tall glass of celery juice first thing in the morning, according to Harper's Bazaar. "If anybody does celery juice on an empty stomach they know why—cause it's a joyous morning activity," she explained.

She uses WW to help her keep track of her meals (Kate is also an ambassador for the plan). “I make beautiful meals that have no points, then I can indulge,” she told WH. “I’ll do a whole day eating amazing ZeroPoint foods [like chicken and leafy greens], then I have wine and ice cream.”

Her breakfast is usually eggs with toast or oatmeal, while lunch might be a chopped salad or a chocolate protein smoothie. "Here in L.A., La Scala is like a staple and they do the most amazing chopped salad; I do extra salami, no cheese, cucumbers, no tomatoes, basil and extra dressing," Kate said.

For dinner, Kate gets creative in the kitchen. One of her favorite recipes to make is nutmeg chicken over rice: "It's always so loved—and it's a nutmeg chicken. It's shallots, it's lemon, fresh herbs that you put in there and you kind of brown the chicken in the oven. And then when you take it out and you make this nutmeg," she shared. "It's so insanely yummy."

Sounds delish—I'm on board!
