tend to get so excited whenever a
celebrity reveals their go-to products that aren’t housed in department stores.

So, the latest celebrity to reveal her favorite under-$20 beauty product? None other than Kate Bosworth. In an Instagram story on makeup artist Lisa
Eldridge’s account, Bosworth reveals that alongside Epicuren’s Aloe Vera Calming Gel ($25) and emerginC Scientific Organics skin care products, she's also a huge fan of Health From the Sun Evening Primrose Oil ($12), E! News reports.

"For
me, this is an incredible lifesaver when it comes to minimizing blemishes and
breakouts, particularly around hormonal times," said Bosworth in the video.
"I find that when I'm
being consistent, it completely gets rid of all breakouts."

The
supplement is formulated with Evening Primrose flower, which contains a fatty
acid called gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Typically, this supplement is used for
ailments like eczema, rheumatoid arthritis and premenstrual syndrome, but the
omega-6 essential fatty acids housed in the capsules could certainly boast some of the good-for-you
skin benefits Bosworth talks about in the video.

As a
reminder, it’s always a good idea to talk to your doctor before adding any new
supplements to your routine. Once your doctor approves, feel free to give
Bosworth’s “lifesaver” supplement a try!
