About a million years ago (a.k.a. 2002), Kate Bosworth starred in the legendary surf movie, Blue Crush. Well, apparently she’s going back to her roots, because the star is teasing some big news on Instagram with the surf brand Roxy.

The 40-year-old just dropped a ton of photos of herself on Instagram where she is modeling various Roxy bikinis. And trust me when I say that these snaps will make you want to hit the beach ASAP. First, there’s Kate in a tie-back top layered over a string bikini, Kate showing off her strong abs as she hangs in the water in a baby blue bikini, Kate peeking over her shoulder with her toned booty on full display in a floral-inspired bikini, and a slew of other shots of Kate looking fit and happy in her Roxy gear.

She kept the caption vague, writing, “#comingsoon @roxy 🧨,” and people just about lost their minds in the comments. “Foreshadowing a blue crush sequel / manifesting a blue crush sequel 🌊 🏄🏽♀️,” one person wrote, while another said, “Blue Crush was/is life 💘💘.”

Kate has a lot of amazing things happening in her life right now. She got engaged to Justin Long last month:

And she also just seems really glowy, strong and happy, lately. So, if you're wondering how she builds that strength and confidence, you're not alone. For what it's worth, Kate previously told Women's Health that she focuses on longevity with her exercise routine. While she used to do things like running, weight training, and surfing, those workouts aren't part of her usual routine these days.

"The way my mindset has changed over the last couple of years is from high-intensity workouts being most important to a mindset that’s more focused on a fitness from a longevity and vitality viewpoint," she said. So, now, Kate focuses on small movements like pulsing and “micro-movements.”

Kate said she focuses on low-impact workouts, which she does up to three times a week. During those sessions, she mostly focuses on lifting, sculpting, and tightening her muscles. One of her fave workouts is P.volve, another low-impact workout that incorporates smaller ranges of motion and functional movements. During her P.volve workouts, Kate said she does “micro-movements in order to target hard-to-reach areas.”

On the food front, Kate told National Geographic that she looks at food at fuel, especially when she’s working. “The hours can be long and irregular, and sometimes we work through the night,” she said.

So, what's on the menu? “I eat a lot of really good complex carbs, like sweet potato or chickpeas, protein and a lot of vegetables," Kate continued. "During my time off, I make comfort food and don’t worry so much about how the food makes me feel. But on set, it’s almost like an athletic approach to performance. A healthy diet can bring a lot of stamina and endurance, and it’s important if you want to perform to your best ability.”

So...are we getting a Blue Crush sequel or not?!
