Kate Bosworth Dishes On Her Favorite Piece of Jewelry

Kate Bosworth looked absolutely stunning at the launch party for Idole de Chistofle's latest collection of jewelry and was accompanied by none other than her hubby, Michael Polish.

Boswoth stunned at the event in a dusty rose-hued Jil Sander dress, featuring an ankle-grazing hem and bat-wing sleeves. Polish too turned up in his finest, looking dapper in a black suit. "I'm more classical when it comes to stones," she told InStyle on Thursday. "But that being said, every now and then I love a pale blue or a pale yellow ... I love opals as well. It just depends really how I'm feeling, what I'm wearing."

And as for her most cherished piece of bling, that was a no brainer. "My engagement ring is from Fred Leighton from the 20s in Paris, so that's my favorite piece of jewelry." So sweet!

Boswoth and Polish tied the knot back in August of 2013, on a gorgeous ranch in Montana. The couple has been inseparable ever since, constantly appearing on each other's Instagram feeds, and accompanying each other to events, like this one, held in BG Restaurant at Bergdorf Goodman in New York City.
