Kate Beckinsale just celebrated International Cat Day in the sweetest way. The actress, 49, shared a post on Instagram with adorable photos and videos of her cat, Clive. In one video, Kate does a series of yoga moves while balancing Clive on her shoulder. In another, the two relax on a pool float, and Kate's abs and legs look seriously toned in a bikini.

Kate let the content speak for itself and kept her caption simple. "Happy #internationalcatday 🤍🤍🤍," she wrote.

Kate's followers are used to plenty of cat cameos, but that didn't stop them from sounding off in the comments. "If you have to be a cat lady, be this kind of cat lady," one user said. "Clive is a goddamn national hero," added another. "OBSESSEDDDDD. Cat ladies unite!!" a third chimed.

Curious to know what Kate does to stay so fit? If you couldn't already tell from her post, she's a big fan of yoga. “I haven’t been injured while doing an action movie, and I think it’s partially from practicing yoga,” she told Women's Health.

And when Kate's not stretching it out with her cat, she's doing full-body workouts with compound exercises. In other words, every move she does works at least two muscle groups. Her go-to's include bicep curls with squats and sit-ups with combination punches.

Kate follows that up with 90 to 120 second cardio intervals, like rowing or the VersaClimber. To finish up the workout, she repeats her compound exercises with weights and does one more set of cardio. “Exercise is almost more important to me moodwise,” she tells WH. “The other aspects feel like a great side effect.”

As for her diet, Kate loads up on protein with foods like chicken or eggs followed by a salad with radishes, Brussels sprouts, safflower oil, and salmon.
