  • The actress strikes a pose in lacy tights while showing off her super fit bod.

  • Kate says yoga and intense sessions with her personal trainer help her stay in shape. (And he agrees!)

Kate Beckinsale, 48, sure knows how to work a pair of combat boots. The actress recently took a break from filming her next movie, The Prisoner's Daughter, to snap a quick pic on set. She's rocking a shredded tank top and lacy skirt, with matching lace tights—and her legs look over-the-top toned.

"When Hot Topic meets Pottery Barn and it’s only Monday #prisonersdaughter," Kate captioned the photo. But fans in the comments were definitely more focused on how fit she looks. "But those legs," one user wrote, while someone else added, "those loooong legs tho.."

And, it's true. She's giving "legs for days" a whole new meaning here:

Wondering just how Kate stays so fit? She told Women's Health that she works out six mornings a week with the help of her trainer, Brad Siskind, of Gunnar Peterson's gym. Siskind says Kate's motivation is unreal: "She’s a strong person," he told WH. "She rarely misses a workout. If she does, there’s a good reason. Because otherwise, she’s crushing it.”

Kate's time at the gym starts with an intense, full-body workout. Her go-tos are compound exercises that each work two muscle groups, like a biceps curl as she squats, or situps with combination punches.

Then, Kate moves on to 90 to 120 seconds of a cardio interval, like rowing or the VersaClimber, before going back to the same eight exercises again—this time with a tweak, like heavier weights or faster reps. After that, it's on to another cardio interval. And she always ends her workouts with a good stretch.

When she needs a mood boost, Kate does a quick mini trampoline workout in her kitchen. It's "the greatest thing," she said, and she streams her favorite classes through the LEKFit app. “It makes you feel kind of jolly!” she added.

Sometimes, Kate switches things up and opts for a yoga class instead, especially when she's traveling. “You’ll find yourself in Bulgaria, and you don’t know anyone, and they’ll say, ‘Well, we have a trainer who’s available, and he’s literally called The Punisher,’” she told WH.

So, she brings yoga workouts recorded by Jessica James and Mandy Ingber along with her. “I haven’t been injured while doing an action movie, and I think it’s partially from practicing yoga," Kate said.

As for her diet, Kate is all about veggies and protein. Before a sweat session, she eats a plate of protein, like chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter. For lunch and dinner, she likes salads with radishes, Brussels sprouts, and safflower oil; salmon; and a handful of potato chips here and there.

If that's what it takes to get sculpted legs like hers, then I'm all about it. Killing it, Kate!
