Kate's Bachelorette Party on 'This Is Us' Looks Appropriately Wild

Kate's getting married this season on This Is Us—well, supposedly, at least. The show's been so focused on giving us every granular detail about Jack's death that it's easy to forget other narratives exist. There's Kevin's post-rehab life we have to deal with, plus Beth and Randall's new restoration gig, and Rebecca and Miguel's relationship, which, oddly, is never really discussed on the show. All of these storylines have taken a backseat to the World's Saddest Fire, and that's a damn shame. Not to sound cold-hearted—because, trust me, I was also sobbing during the Super Bowl episode—but it's time to move on. There are other stories to tell!

Like, as we said, Kate's upcoming wedding to Toby. We watched her go dress shopping a few weeks back with one of her friends from the overeaters support group, and now it looks like a bachelorette party is on the horizon—in Las Vegas, naturally.

NBC teased a few photos from the next episode of This Is Us, and they show Kate and her pals kicking it in Sin City wearing glittery dresses and holding champagne glasses. Lord, please let this mean we get to see Kate and Beth do tequila shots and attend a Thunder From Down Under Show. That is exactly the kind of content we need in 2018.

If that doesn't happen, though, these pics confirm the women have an excellent time nonetheless. Here's the party posing and looking flaw-free.
