It's not every day that a filming location for a major movie is listed for sale—and it's even more rare that a celebrity is the seller. But a new home just hit the market that checks both boxes: the Baker family residence from Cheaper By the Dozen, which was listed for $15 million by tattoo-artist-turned-entrepreneur Kat Von D.

Located in the Windsor Square neighborhood of Los Angeles, this Victorian dwelling boasts 13 bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, across 12,565 square feet. Von D purchased the property for $6.5 million in 2016.

Some features of the three-story abode—which is set on a .6 acre plot—include seven fireplaces, an outdoor pool (that's currently filled with a blood red-colored liquid), and ornate wood and plaster work throughout.

The home was built in 1896 for Isaac Newton Van Nuys, an American businessman and farmer and was moved to its current location by Van Nuys' son, J. Benton, in 1915.

And if you think the home looks a little different than it did in Cheaper by the Dozen, you're correctits exterior was painted off-white for its starring role, whereas it now boasts its original red brick look.

Also on the property is a carriage house with two bedrooms and one bathroom, located above the garage.

So, why is Von D selling this historic gem of a home? As she revealed on Instagram this past October, she's leaving California altogether in order to move to Indiana, where she purchased another Victorian house, albeit one with a much lower price tag of $1.525 million.

“As some of you may know, we recently purchased a beautiful home on a bit of land in rural Indiana, and the more time we spend out there we realize we feel more at home there than we do here in LA,” Von D wrote in the post's caption. “After much thought, we have decided we will permanently be moving to Indiana at the end of this year.”
