Kat and Elliot Travel Back to the '90s on the Next Episode of 'The Way Home'

Del grapples with some bittersweet memories as a local landmark prepares to close forever.

We've reached the midway point in the first season of The Way Home. The show has delighted viewers with its family drama and time travel twist. In "Don't Dream It's Over," the next episode of The Way Home, Del (Andie MacDowell) grapples with some bittersweet memories while Kat (Chyler Leigh) and Elliot (Evan Williams) travel back to the '90s—sort of.

As The Roxy, Port Haven's local theater prepares to close for good, Del is faced with bittersweet memories of time spent there as does Kat who had her first date with Brady (Al Mukadam) there. Even Elliot has fond memories of the place where he spent his teenage years working the concession stand.

Later, Brady uses his time in Port Haven to try and bridge the gap with Kat and Alice, while Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) looks for a piece of her past and Kat makes a bold decision.

Kat and Elliot serve as chaperones at the high school’s “Back to the ’90s” dance, but the evening ends in an unexpected way. Can we hope that Evan is no longer friend-zoned and that Kat finally sees what has been in front of her for decades? Are you Team Elliott or Team Brady?
