Kanye West Suspended From Twitter After Praising Hitler, Slammed By Elon Musk and More Celebs

The rapper's account was suspended after he tweeted an image of a swastika following his most recent antisemitic rant.
Celebrities are once again speaking out against Kanye West after he publicly praised Adolf Hitler in a recent interview and doubled down on his hostile antisemitic beliefs.
The 45-year-old rapper spoke with "InfoWars" conspiracy broadcaster Alex Jones on Thursday, Dec. 1, during which West blatantly admitted, "I like Hitler."
"Every human being has something of value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler," he also stated, while making unfounded claims the German dictator "invented the highways" and "the very microphone that [he uses] as a musician," per Page Six.
Later on Thursday, the Yeezy designer tweeted a swastika inside the Star of David to his Twitter account, prompting Elon Musk—who recently welcomed him back to platform—to suspended West's account.
"I tried my best. Despite that, he again violated our rule against incitement to violence," Musk wrote via Twitter. "Account will be suspended."
West's latest Twitter outburst also featured praise for Balenciaga, the French fashion brand that cut ties with him over his antisemitic remarks. The brand has since come under fire for its own controversy, involving allegations of condoning child exploitation and problematic campaigns featuring children posing in what appeared to be BDSM paraphernalia.
"I stand by Balenciaga," West reportedly tweeted on Thursday, per Newsweek, while calling for "witch hunts" and "cancel culture" to be abolished.
Now, celebrities are using their own platforms to condemn West's behavior, and attempt to put a stop to the offensive antisemitic rhetoric West has inspired.
"I turn my back on you @kanyewest" Michael Rapaport tweeted on Thursday, while calling West a "scumbag" and a "miserable motherf--ker" in an attached video. He also claimed that there is "no coming back" for the disgraced fashion designer following his latest hate speech.
"Your mother—God rest her soul—would be ashamed of you," he also added of West's mom Donda West before ending the video.
Jamie Lee Curtis also spoke out online, sharing a tweet from Anti-Defamation League (ADL) CEO Jonathan Greenblatt, who called West "a vicious antisemite."
"His comments today on InfoWars are not just vile and offensive: they put Jews in Danger," Greenblatt's tweet concluded. Curtis added on to the sentiment, sharing a quote from Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel in her Instagram caption: "We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented."
Full House alum Jodie Sweetin also chimed in on her Instagram Story to clear up some of the misinformation West spread in his latest interview. She also added the middle finger emoji directed at both West and the Nazis.
