  • Kanye West just made a joke about wife Kim Kardashian's marriage to Kris Humphries, which lasted 72 days in 2011.

  • He's the latest celeb to star in James Corden's Carpool Karaoke, only this time around? It's Airpool Karaoke, and Kanye and his gospel choir are on a plane with James.

Following months of delays and a pushed back release date, Kanye West is finally out here promoting his new album 'Jesus Is King'. And as part of that press tour, he appeared on James Corden's The Late Late Show, starring in the first ever episode of Airpool Karaoke.

In it, James needs help getting back to LA, and jumps on board an airplane with Kanye and his choir, who have been shutting. it. down with their Sunday services this year.

As well as discussing the album and Kanye's new found Christianity, James asked him about the secret to his successful marriage with Kim, and their family life. "The richest thing you can have is as many children as possible," Kanye comments. "[Kim and I want] seven children."

Of his marriage to Kim, he said: "Marriage years are different to normal years. You know how dog years is like seven years? Every marriage year feels like one hundred years. [So we've been married for] 500 years.

"People thought it would be uncool to get married, and then I got married and then people went, ‘Oh, that looks cool'," he continued.

James insisted that wasn't true at all, countering, "No one ever thought it would be uncool to marry Kim Kardashian, everybody thought it would be cool to marry Kim Kardashian!"

Kanye then laughed and joked, "Well, not Kris Humphries," referencing his wife's 72-day marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries in 2011.

Is that shade? A joke? A reference Kim will probably resent him for later? We're not sure, but it's pretty hilarious.
