It appears that Kanye West is trying to make his way back onto the music scene.

After laying low for several months following backlash over a slew of anti-semitic comments, the Yeezus rapper returned to the stage this week while making an appearance at Travis Scott's Circus Maximus Tour.

As reported by TMZ, the Astroworld artist, 32, was making a stop in Rome, Italy on Monday, Aug. 7 when he brought out an unexpected surprise guest. Before introducing him, Scott told the crowd there is "only one human on this mother f--king planet that has ever walked side by side with me through anything and every mother f--king thing."

That's when West came on stage to perform a track from his Donda album, "Praise God," which Scott is actually featured on. The Yeezy designer also went on to give a performance of his song "Can't Tell Me Nothing" for the crowd as well.

Monday night's show comes as West's first time performing on stage since landing himself in hot water over several anti-semitic comments.

As you may recall, West went on an anti-semitic rant at the end of last year, and even after being given the opportunity to backtrack, he instead doubled-down on the controversial stance. He even made a point to praise Hitler, blatantly stating, "I like Hitler" while talking with InfoWars conspiracy broadcaster Alex Jones.

He was subsequently slammed by the public for the hateful remarks, and was eventually suspended from Twitter by then-CEO Elon Musk.

A slew of other celebrities ended up coming out against the rapper at the time, including David SchwimmerJamie Lee Curtis, Michael Rapaport, Josh Gad and President Joe Biden.
